Meet Alexis! Alexis is a Registered Nurse. She has been a nurse for 16 years working primarily in Surgery. Before moving to Shawnee, she worked in pediatric cardiovascular and thoracic surgery at Dell Childrens Hospital in Austin, TX. She has degrees from Tulsa Community College (RN) and Rogers State University (BSN) and is ACLS certified.

She lives in Shawnee with her two children and Tom, her husband of 22 years, who is an Episcopal Priest.

Alexis was excited to practice in a new field when BellaDerma first opened 6 years ago. She was the original laser tech at BellaDerma and is joining our team again! She is even more excited to resume that work in our new location. She especially looks forward to helping others achieve their goals with aesthetic services.

Meet Lacey, co-owner of BellaDerma. Lacey is a nurse practitioner and the aesthetic injector at BellaDerma. Lacey has been a registered nurse for 15 years and a nurse practitioner for 11 years. Lacey spent majority of her career in primary care and urgent care. She has always dreamed of working in aesthetics and has a passion for the aesthetics field. She has been working in this industry now for two years. She has been soaking up all that she can to bring the best and newest treatments to BellaDerma and the local community.

She believes Shawnee has a need for this and as the industry has grown she is looking foward to serving the community instead of patients having to drive out of town for treatment.

Outside of work, Lacey is a Christian, wife, and a mom of two little boys. These boys are her world and being a mom is her greatest gift. Her husband is her biggest supporter and has helped her achieve her dreams every step of the way.

Lacey and her husband, Allen, also own a small white barn wedding venue on their land. If she is not at the spa she is running her small business at home.

“I, like others, have had valleys and challenges to get where I am at today. Life is not always what is seems. But God has provided and restored me in so many ways I never thought possible. God has opened so many doors for me. In this field it is not always about vanity, it is also about connecting with my patients and their hearts. The relationships I develop with my patients is my favorite part of the job. The confidence boost and increasing their youthful appearance are just an added perk.”

Meet Sarah! Sarah is the owner Signature Permanent Makeup. Sarah is a state board certified Medical Micropigmentologist. She attended ILLUME institute in 2021. Sarah is trained in new and advanced permanent makeup techniques. She specializes in tattooing natural, everyday permanent makeup. These include powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing, and lash enhancements.

Sarah has been revamping her social media and will be located at BellaDerma starting in August. Give her a follow.

Meet Courtney! She is the owner of Pierced Esthetics and she is the new esthetician at BellaDerma! We have several new services we will be announcing that you will be able to book with Courtney.

Courtney is a wife and mom. She has a beautiful daughter that she adores and an amazing husband who has supported her career every inch of the way. With 4 dogs and a toddler, life is always interesting!

She been a licensed esthetician for 2 years and has always had a passion for skincare. What she loves about aesthetics is it is always changing and evolving so she never stops learning.
